Where do you ship?
At this time we only ship within the US.

When will I receive my package?
Please allow a couple of days for processing for handmade items, to ensure maximum freshness and shelf life, most items are made when ordered.
Once it is in the carrier’s possession we have no control of your package. Please keep in mind that with COVID-19 they are experiencing delays. If you don’t receive your package within 14 days of the date of your order, please reach out so we can help.

How much is shipping?
We have a couple of different shipping options.

• For orders under $35, we offer flat-rate shipping for only $4.99.
• Orders $35 and more qualify for Free Shipping.

What is your return policy?
At this time, due to being such a small business and because all items are made when ordered, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to get it fixed.

For items such as bath bombs, soaps, wax melts, etc, we will package your items to the best of our abilities to try and protect them from any damage, but please know that these are fragile items and they may break during shipping. If any of these specific items break, they are still 100% usable and it will not affect their performance.

For items such as Body Butters, Scrubs, and Soaps, these items are heat sensitive and may melt in the heat. If this happens, just put it in the fridge for a couple of hours and that should bring it back to normal.

Yes! You definitely can! We love hearing your ideas!

You are more than welcome to send requests for body care items. Do you want to see a Sugar Scrub or Body Butter in a certain scent? Do you have fun ideas for new product names? Do you have recommendations on what scents you want to see for any of the Holidays? Let us know!
